Pretty breasts: cold water and scrub
We like cold water
With the blow of the cold water jet, our bust loves it. Because cold water tightens tissues and boosts microcirculation. You can finish your shower by gently running a jet of cold water over your chest for a few seconds.
We scrub ourselves in the shower
The scrub rids the skin of dead cells and stimulates blood circulation. Our breasts need it too! Once a week in the shower, take a gentle exfoliant (for sensitive areas, for example) and scrub the skin of the breasts and docility, except for the nipples, using light circular movements. Then we rinse gently.
We hydrate the breasts too!
We too often forget the declivity step when getting ready in the morning. Yet the skin is more fragile there than on the face, and they often expose it to the sun, cold, and pollution. If you are lazy or taken by the time, you bring minimum protection by massaging her bust with a knob of her body milk. Or extend the application of your day cream from the neck to the declivity.
Maximum protection? A treatment adapted to the bust that hydrates nourishes deeply and is formulated to delay age-related sagging. Apply a moisturizing cream based on cocoa butter, very nourishing, or use a firming treatment with vitamin E for its anti-aging action.
Nice breasts: we massage and we muscle!
We massage her cleavage every day.
We "tone" and "strengthen" the natural sheathing of your chest. We get into the habit of massaging our breasts gently with this aromatic massage:
one of the essential oils in the list below is mixed with one of the vegetable oils stated below.
Recommended essential oils (EO): EO of rosewood (anti-aging), EO of geranium (for the firmness of the skin), or EO of lavender (regenerating and healing).
Vegetable oils: musk rose (anti-aging), evening primrose (softening), or borage (regenerating and anti-aging).
In a clean bottle, we pour 40 ml of vegetable oil (about 8 teaspoons) to which we add 20 drops of essential oil. We gently massage ourselves with a little of this preparation by practicing simple touches or superficial gestures.
The right thing to do: draw an imaginary bra starting from the solar plexus to arrive at the sides, then at the level of the armpits. Finally, we lift the skin from the neckline to the shoulders.
A precaution of use: we avoid this aromatic massage if we are breastfeeding.

We muscle his chest with "pumps"
You chase away the rising wave of anguish when you read the word "push-ups". Courage! We rather think of the toned and helpful bust that this little exercise will bring us. Ideally, you lie on your stomach, your arms in line with your shoulders. The bust and shoulders are well aligned. To protect your back, you contract your abdominals.
Then you slowly flex your arms until you bring your body closer to the ground. Before pushing back to return to the initial position. Ideally, this movement is repeated 20 times. And we train every day. By force, it becomes child's play!
Easier option: you do the exercise not with your legs straight but on your knees, keeping your back straight.
